LA SOGNE (lasagna)

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. brown ground beef in cooking oil; pour off the fat
  2. add garlic and onions and simmer til tender
  3. add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and oregano; simmer until thick
  4. cook noodles according to package directions while that simmers and blanch
  5. in a 9x12x2 pan, put a little sauce at mottom of pan, then alternate noodles, sauce, cheese, and mushrooms in layers, saving parmasen to sprinkle on very top.
  6. bake 30 min at 350

NOTES: best reheated, frozen easily. when reheating from frozen, 90 min-2h at 350
